We ship a little magic from the Jersey shore to your door. Here’s what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are carefully packed by a certified Jersey girl and typically ship within 3–7 business days. If there’s a delay for any reason, we’ll reach out and keep you in the loop.

Shipping cost & delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Once your order ships, delivery times vary by carrier and location.

Returns & refunds

Because every scoop is a mystery, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds — all sales are final.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the damaged item and packaging to shopmoonstonemayhem@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right. If a package looks lost in transit, reach out and we’ll do our best to sort it out with you.

Sending a scoop as a gift? Let us know in the special notes at checkout and we’ll reach out before scooping to get all the details right.
